Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Newcastle upon Tyne is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under GPhC registration number 9012511. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services to patients in Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding area. Our services are provided in accordance with GPhC standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline any order where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and could put your health at risk.
All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a clinical assessment of your submitted consultation form.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our prescriber's decision is final and based solely on your clinical suitability. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status before each order.
Prescriptions issued through our service are intended for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation will apply to that transaction.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to a UK address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by you. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, in accordance with the Medicines (Advertising) Regulations and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines.
If your medication arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS care. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. Our clinical team can only assess the information you provide; we are not responsible for any harm arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted during your consultation.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with appropriate patient information before your medication is dispensed. If you experience any adverse effects, stop using the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing your care and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
